Payment Options

We offer a wide range of payment options to meet our client's needs and ensure we can provide the best service possible. We accept the following payment methods:

Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP)

Eligible Medical Conditions* that warrant OHIP-insured coverage for adults and more frequent visits for seniors are listed below and are contingent on the results of the evaluation by optometrists during the eye exam:

Confirmed diabetes diagnosis
Confirmed glaucoma diagnosis
Severe and new cataract impairments
Acute or progressive retinal, corneal, or optic nerve diseases
Active uveitis or Iritis
Medications including chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine, ethambutol, and tamoxifen
Sudden injury- or disease-induced strabismus

Private Insurance

We will help prepare insurance claim forms and assist in requesting reimbursements from insurance companies on behalf of our patients. Not all services may be covered by vision insurance and every plan has its own unique quirks and exceptions. It is the patient’s responsibility to understand his or her own vision insurance benefits. Services are to be paid for at each visit as they are performed.
