Dr. Mahsa Shekari

Dr. Mahsa Shekari earned her Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Microbiology, with a minor in Political Science, from the University of Central Florida, before going on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University. Her background reflects both a strong scientific foundation and a genuine curiosity about people and the world around her. Dr. Shekari is passionate about helping patients not only see clearly, but truly understand their eye health and how it connects to their overall well being. She believes eye care should feel personal, informative, and empowering, never rushed or one size fits all. Known for her approachable and detail oriented style, she takes the time to answer questions and build lasting relationships with her patients.

Dr. Roslyn Cheung

Dr. Roslyn Cheung completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto before earning her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science. She is passionate about patient education and takes the time to ensure every concern is clearly addressed, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their eye health. Inspired by a desire to help others and the importance of sight in everyday life, Dr. Cheung is dedicated to providing thorough, compassionate care. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring cuisines from around the world.

Dr. Lelani Asokan

Dr. Lelani Asokan earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients and emphasizes education, encouraging questions to ensure each patient fully understands their eye health and overall well-being. Inspired by her early fascination with vision after receiving her first pair of glasses in grade school, Dr. Asokan pursued optometry as a way to give back to her community and make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and exploring new places.

Dr. Whijin Kwon

Dr. Whijin Kwon completed his studies at the University of Waterloo and is dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered care. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, he empowers patients with the options and tools needed to find solutions tailored to their unique needs. Inspired by his older sister, an optometrist whose passion for the field left a lasting impression, Dr. Kwon pursued optometry with the same commitment to care. Outside the clinic, he enjoys playing the guitar and rock climbing.

Dr. Monica Chu

Dr. Monica Chu is dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered eye care. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry after completing an Honours Bachelor of Science at McMaster University. During her clinical training at leading eye care centres in Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Rhode Island, she gained strong expertise in diagnosing and managing ocular disease, pediatrics, contact lenses, and myopia management. Fluent in English and Cantonese, she ensures each patient’s concerns are heard and emphasizes patient education. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new foods and travelling.

Dr. Jasnoor Sandhu

Dr. Jasnoor Sandhu received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She takes a patient-centered approach to care, focusing on individualized treatment, clear communication, and building strong relationships to meet each patient’s unique visual needs. Inspired by the impact vision has on quality of life, Dr. Sandhu is passionate about helping patients see clearly and comfortably. Outside the clinic, she enjoys reading, watching documentaries, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family over a good meal.

Dr. Becky Su

Dr. Becky Su earned her Doctor of Optometry degree at New England College of Optometry. She then did a one year subspecialty fellowship training in cornea, specialty contact lenses, and refractive surgery at the Cornea and Laser Eye Institute in Teaneck, NJ. Her area of expertise includes myopia management, specialty contact lenses for irregular corneas, and refractive surgery management. She is a frequent author for Review of Cornea and Contact Lenses and is actively involved in research in the field of contact lenses and dry eye disease. By prioritizing both visual precision and patient education, she aims to help her patients understand how proactive eye care contributes to a more vibrant and healthy life. 

Dr. Erica Croft

Dr. Erica Croft earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Her clinical training includes neuro-optometry, vision therapy, veterans eye care, and community health. Dr. Croft’s compassionate, patient-centered approach to eye care aims to help patients achieve optimal vision and well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Dr. Gurveen Thandi

Dr. Gurveen Thandi completed her undergraduate studies in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Guelph. She then attended the Chicago College of Optometry to obtain her Doctor of Optometry. Her clinical experience included a variety of specialties including pediatric eyecare, specialty contact lenses and treatment and management of ocular disease. Dr. Thandi is committed to providing exceptional eye care to all of her patients while sharing her passion for Optometry.

Dr. Lana Toameh

Dr. Lana Toameh earned her Bachelor of Science from Wilfrid Laurier University and went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from University of Waterloo. During her clinical training, she completed rotations in Bolton and Waterdown, Ontario, where she developed strong experience in the diagnosis and management of ocular disease, binocular vision disorders, and pediatric eye care. Dr. Toameh is passionate about improving access to eye care for minority and underserved communities. She is committed to delivering personalized, high-quality comprehensive eye care, ensuring patients of all ages feel informed, supported, and confident in their vision health.

Dr. Michelle Zhang

Dr. Michelle Zhang graduated from University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor’s of medical science, and then from University of Waterloo for her Doctor of Optometry degree. Her clinical clerkships were located in Burlington ON, and with an ocular disease focus in Miami FL. She was also awarded the VSP/AAOF Practice Excellence Award in 2024, and is passionate about providing patient-centered eye care to all her patients. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys painting landscapes and illustrations.

Dr. Elinor Feigis

Dr. Elinor Feigis is dedicated to providing quality, individualized eye care with a focus on both vision and overall well-being. She graduated with distinction from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases such as glaucoma and providing emergency care for issues like acute red eye. Dr. Feigis is committed to offering accessible, comfortable care for a diverse patient population, with professional interests in ocular disease and contact lenses, including specialty fittings for complex visual needs.
